The Northbridge Junior Baseball League (NJBL) is set to host its 2023 Winter Hitting League. This will be an eight-week program designed for players, ages 7-12 that are looking to take the next step in their baseball off-season development.
The NJBL Winter Hitting League will run for eight weeks, beginning December 10th through February 11th (with a two week break for the holidays). The league will take place every Saturday from 5pm-8pm. Time slots may vary but the league will run for one-hour sessions each Saturday evening. The location of league is TBD based upon enrollment.
The cost of the NJBL Winter Hitting League is $175.00 and will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registration will close on Sunday November 27th.
The league will provide personalized & group instruction for all players from some of the area’s top coaches. Players will focus on all aspects of hitting, including proper fundamentals and routines, hitting approaches and execution. The first two weeks will be purely instruction based, while the final six weeks transform into a competitive hitting league, including playoffs. Skill sessions will provide all players with a weekly progression of drills and reps, while the league will bring out the competitive nature of the players and most importantly, allow players to have some fun!
Registration is now open. We do anticipate spots filling up fast as the last three years were all sold out. Please note, this is a commitment based league and enrollment means all players are committed to attending each weekly session.
